12th Teachings on Thought Transformation

Lama Glenn Mullin’s 12th Thought Transformation teaching hosted by Korea Maitreya Sangha. It is a 10 part series that expounds the profound Lojong thought transformation teachings brought to Tibet by the great Lama Atisha. Lojong puts into action and makes real the Mahayana values of compassion, wisdom and skillful means, helping us quell the chaos within.
